Pierpoint offers only investments issued or structured by companies of the A&R group. We offer no third-party products. The range is deliberately limited and is not a comparison with the market.

Every issuer is a related party. That is the business, not a side issue. On the platform every instrument is marked accordingly.

The group invests alongside, on the same terms. The size of its own participation is shown before subscription.

Pierpoint does not provide personal investment advice. Before a subscription we review knowledge and experience of the instrument (appropriateness) and the share of Pierpoint products in declared wealth (concentration).

The result is appropriate or not appropriate. It is not a statement that a subscription is right for you. The decision stays with you.

Amounts issuers pay Pierpoint are shown on the platform before every subscription. The costs of an instrument are set out in its key information document.

Pierpoint does not accept client money. Payments go directly to the issuer’s account. There is no order path to your bank.

Which instruments are open, their terms and the reports on current projects are available only after access and identification, on the platform.
